MPS Output Formats
Not every input format is available on output, but any output
format with the same name as an input format should write results
readable by that input format.
Available output formats are:
- deviatoric-schmid-tensors
- prints out the Schmid tensors for the current
crytsal type;
- deviatoric-deformation-rates
- prints out the current values of the single
crystal deviatoric deformation rates;
(Aliases:
dee-primes
)
- deviatoric-stresses
- prints out the current values of the single
crystal deviatoric stress;
(Aliases:
sigma-primes
)
- orientations
- writes the current list of orientations; options to
include hardnesses and weights are available;
- list-of-macroscopic-stresses
- writes the list of macroscopic stresses;
usually, this would be used with the discreted
yield surface calculation
- list-of-macroscopic-dprimes
- writes the list of macroscopic deformation rates;
- macroscopic-sigma-prime
- prints the current macroscopic stress (deviator);
this would typically be used in an evolution problem
(Aliases:
sigma-prime-macroscopic
)
- macroscopic-velocity-gradient
- prints the current macroscopic velocity gradient;
(Aliases:
L-macroscopic,
dee-prime-macroscopic,
dprime-macroscopic,
macroscopic-dprime
)
- stress-strain
- prints the stress/strain table for an evolution problem
- taylor-factors
- prints the Taylor factors for each orientation in the
list and a given prescribed macroscopic deformation rate
