Research Interests
Numerical simulation of material behavior. Specific interests include material models incorporating micro/meso/macro scale physics and fracture modeling using finite elements. Currently, I am investigating continuum level deformation aspects of lattice dislocations and incorporation of this deformation mechanism in a crystal plasticity material model.
